Return and Refund
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging as delivered. Items that have been used, modified, or damaged will not be accepted for return or refund.
Please keep your original receipt, proof of purchase, and all accompanying documents and packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Policy:
“Brands and Gems” retains the right to decline any returns that fail to meet the above return and refund criteria.
- Full-price houseware items: Refunds or exchanges are permitted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Sale houseware items: Refunds can be requested within 3 days, and exchanges are allowed within 15 days from the purchase date.
- Full-price furniture items: Refunds or exchanges are only available at the time of delivery or on the date of pick-up.
- Sale furniture items: Exchanges may be offered, but refunds are not available.
- Interior Design Services: Fees are non-refundable.
- Defective products: These may be repaired, returned, or exchanged if the defect is not due to misuse or improper care. The original receipt must be provided with the item.
Please note that wall drilling and assembly services are not included with delivery options. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed in the country of purchase and via the original payment method.
Non-Eligible Items for Returns
The following products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds (unless faulty or not as described):
- Items exceeding the return policy period from the date of delivery.
- Items not in their original condition or missing components or attachments.
- Products that have been opened or unsealed unless necessary for inspection.
- Items without original packaging or labels.
- Used, damaged, or altered items that are no longer in their original condition as delivered.
- Products reported for return more than 24 hours after delivery, particularly if used.
- Items assembled, installed, or altered after delivery in good condition.
- Specific categories, including unwrapped bedding, mattresses, and bath linens, due to hygiene reasons.
- Products showing damage from misuse or wear and tear, even if within the warranty period.
